I didn’t start in marketing from the outside looking in. I’ve spent the past seven years inside service businesses — first as an Owner, then as an Office Manager of two electrical companies.

I know what it’s like to manage projects, answer phones, and still try to “figure out the ads” at the end of a long day. For five years, my husband and I ran Wildcat Electric, and I learned a lot of things through trial and error.

 

I managed the marketing and day-to-day operations while navigating the real-world challenges of running a service company. That experience shaped how I approach advertising today — practical, focused, and built to support how your business actually runs.

Formally, I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Boise State University and a Digital Marketing Certificate from Gonzaga University. I also earned a Certified Digital Marketing Badge from Meta.

 

I continue investing in advanced ads training to stay current and strategic. I am also pretty handy with Canva! I've earned several badges by completing training with them. Here's a link to my Canva Marketing Badge.
